Damian was up at stupid o'clock so that he could pick up Hoges and beat the peak hour traffic...

Damian noticed that every time they stopped, the tripmeter reset. Figuring the battery had gone flat (and realising his spare batteries were safely at home), he popped it open to check the type required...
