The boys were up and about waiting for scrutineering to begin, so they headed to the main street in Tamworth to find a coffee...
Found one!
The Country Music Awards have been running since 1973 (coincidentally the year Damian was born)... the plaques are along the main street.
A wander around town led to Bicentennial Park where the war memorial was...

Stopped in traffic on the way back to the motel, and being judged by this dog hanging out the back of the ute...
With scrutineering done and dusted, the boys headed off to fuel up, explore and rest before the driver briefing and welcome dinner later in the day.
