Replace amber strobes ready for pre-scrutineering

With Pre-Scrutineering just around the corner, Damian figured it was time to replace the amber strobes! 

The old ones were great, but have been sun/rain/weather damaged over the dozen or so years they have been in service!

New ones were flush mount, so Damian had to make some brackets for them.

Amazingly, exactly four brackets came out of one length of "make-a-bracket"!

Painted them black with some hammertone that was lying around the shed!

Removed the old ones...

Attached to brackets...

And mount them!

They even alternately strobe... hence there's only one lit up in the photo!

Just before pre-scrutineering, Bluey had a quick tub to wash the months of dust off!

Damian will catch up with a lot of the Qld entrants on Saturday 8 August for pre-scrutineering!
